Mid-morning break

Taking a break after 2 hours of housework- shelling the prawns n steam-cleaning the house. Made a bowl of oats with : creamy Greek yogurt, chopped mango, some blackberries, crushed cashew nuts, wheat germ and Yakult! Tastes absolutely yummy plus it's sooo healthy! I'm really hooked on Greek yogurt! It's not only less sour than the normal variety but creamier and tastier. Almost like whipped cream! With the live cultures and the fruit and nuts, it's an awesome breakfast! Well my second one cos I can't survive just on one. House is sparkly clean now and floor is sooo shiny! Looking forward to lunch at pasta de waraku with my kids and then facial at Avon.
